Yes, we source all our K-Beauty, J-Beauty, and C-Beauty products directly from authorized distributors and the brands themselves to ensure 100% authenticity.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times range from 10-21 days depending on customs processing in your country.

How can I check the expiration date of my products?

Most Korean and Japanese products display the manufacturing date (제조) or expiration date (까지). If you need help translating these dates, our support team is happy to assist.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or makeup items.

Do you offer samples with orders?

We love sharing new discoveries! We include a selection of complimentary K-Beauty and J-Beauty samples with every order, subject to availability.
